Refund policy

At Lift Haus, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or you receive the wrong size, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. Please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Items must generally be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return or exchange has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, while exchanges will be processed subject to product and size availability. Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, socks, or other specified products may not be eligible for return. Sale or clearance items may also have different return conditions.
